wow what a stay!

i gotta say, the staff were very kind and spoke several languages! the area felt okay all time, which i appreciate. i found a book festival right by the hotel, so cool, with tons of book booths in the park!
the tea, coffee were kinda minimal, asking for more was just a little bit of effort.

the hotel stands close to transportation options and various shops, so thats convenient. the hop on hop off bus stop lies right across the street from the hotel, very simple. ritz and intercontinental hotels are next to ours!

the daily breakfast included portuguese egg tarts and mini crepes, yum! plenty of juices were available, a nice touch. even better, i could visit hf lisboa around the corner, its convenient.

The room included a clean bathroom. Everything looked super clean. number one floor has a vending machine, it's super clean. i even got a welcome note, water and biscuits from the manager, thoughtful!

I received a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful Comfort King room, it was so nice. The room was very clean. It had great amenities. And the staff were always smiling and helpful. I particularly enjoyed the location near bus routes and the metro, this made exploring very easy!
The gym equipment could use some maintenance, some machines showed signs of wear.

The room featured a large, comfortable bed, there was also a spacious bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. A decent-sized television was included. climate control. And this provided a comfortable atmosphere. The room felt spacious.

the room included a fridge. blackout curtains worked very well, the room stayed dark even with streetlight shining outside the window.
the tv in the room did not support netflix.
